In Portugal, Laetus® was invited to discuss the brand’s activities on social media. Faced with the challenge of optimizing digital presence and improving results, our work focused primarily on content production for social media, especially during the autumn and winter months, in preparation for the Christmas season. It was crucial to rethink English Tea Shop’s strategy in Portugal, strengthening brand perception and its connection with local and international communities, while addressing competition from brands like Pukka and Yogi, as well as local tea producers.
